This Dutch guy Reimer Eising, otherwise known as Kettel, has been producing sounds throughout this decade. We heard a song by him on Joris Voorn's essential mix and had to hear more. There are quite a lot of albums, most of which have been discontinued (i guess its hard out there in the music business for leftfield, experimental producers) but you can pick them up on discogs. He also has a new album out called Myam James 2 on
